Tuesdays at 8pm! Mixed level with tricks for all abilities, plus a little extra stretching and conditioning. This is a very comprehensive class!
Loved the Intro class and don’t know what to take next? Can’t make it to the Tuesday intro class? This is the class for you. Taylor puts together foundational moves and tricks for a fun beginner friendly pole class.
Pole conditioning and muscle memory building Saturday class. We focus on buidling strength, proper technique and injury prevention. Great for all levels as this class is not trick specific.
This Thursday no regular classes again because ART WALK (which is super fun and hard to compete with) HOWEVER next week (July 18th) we are back to a full Thursday schedule (see below):
Mona is still in Italy but Keila is teaching a beginner friendly Belly dance class July 18th at 6PM! Great for total beginners or those of us who need to keep from getting rusty!
In Sarah Kates Flexibility class we have fun playing with toys and working towards our bendy shapes and hand balancing. All levels. Not your regular Yoga class. Now Thursdays at 7PM
Love Heels? Don’t love fast spins? Like to stay low? This is the class for you. We learn easy short sequences so we can practice fluid movement and balance in heels. No heavy lifting required. Shoes are optional (easier without heels)
