Day Pole Class explanation -

I have the ‘daytime pole’ class listed as a single class type because it makes it easier for regulars to schedule and reschedule. However the Tuesday class tends to be a slightly easier version of my Exotic/Heels Class, the Thursday class tends to be more of a Level 2 pole class and the Saturday class tends to be more of a Level 1 class. I may formally change names over to reflect this - but for now I just marked it on the calendar.

Three February Special Classes

I have a high-tease, easy routine (tease-sy? …) planned that hits all the chair dance basics. Stay tuned for another chair class in March.

Saturday Feb 24th - Spin pole workshop. This workshop is filling up, so sign up ASAP to reserve your spot! Show her some love so maybe we can do another one in April!

Monday Feb 26th - Belly Beats double class. Back by Popular demand - our Keila/Lynette Double class. Guarenteeded to burn a crazy amount of calories in 90 min. I expeically enjoy the change of pace/style going back and forth between them. Keeps it interesting and works all the muscle groups!

New Class Type Coming Soon -

I am working towards adding a new class type (as both a day and evening class) that is a mix of pole-specific upper body conditioning and drilling foundational pole dance transitions to build muscle memory. My goal is to have an all age/size/skill/fitness level class that does not require full body lifting or knee pads and supports everyone’s pole journey.

There appears to be a lack of this type of class in the broader pole industry. Many studios will put 30 min of intense conditioning BEFORE they start the ‘real’ class but I am personally worn out after 30 min of conditioning and then struggle to learn new pole moves. Alternatively they have conditioning only classes that have a hard-core lineup of traditional strength building exercises that I personally find to be boring and repetitive. (Reminder: I pole dance because I don’t like traditional exercise If you like traditional weight lifting it IS a great way to train for pole. Don’t stop!) Anyhow stay tuned for what I come up with.

As some of you know, I host (and attend) a ‘secret belly dance class’ at 9am on Mondays and Fridays.

This is a SERIOUS belly dance/tribal fusion class taught by a high level international dancer who is here as a military spouse. I have been given permission to open the class up to a couple more students. Crunch time for Showcase sign ups!

You don’t have to know how to do Choreography - We can help! You can even use a choreography we’ve learned in class.
Doesn't have to be Pole. Burlesque is fine (I see you my NTT readers) We will have at least 2 belly dance options and Lynette is willing do a group act if enough people want to be in a non-pole group.

We just need to know ASAP if you want in so we can plan and put groups together.
