Solid work this morning ladies! Plus we practiced static spins! All round Pole fitness T/R mornings at 8.30 and evenings at 6.30! #poleclass #polefitness #poledance
Simplified schedule for July. Doing a 90 min 'PoleCore' combo class at 6.30 on Tues/Thurs. All levels and you can take both if you like (I still recommend intro to pole first). Will include conditioning/pre-hab and longer cool down stretches as well
