What class should I take?
If you are totally new to Pole dance start with Intro to Pole or sign up for a Daytime Pole class or even the Pole conditioning class.
After taking Intro to Pole at least once (or 3 or 4 times!) I recommend taking Level I Pole or Pole Choreography as the next step. You can take these class as long as you like.
Heels pole is also a good beginner class but with fewer tricks and more Heels and floor work. This class can be taken without heelsHeels pole is also and is great if you prefer to stay lower on the pole.
If you are looking for a challenge, love tricks and/or already have some pole experience, I recommend Ara’s Multi-level class. Ara has many advanced to beginner tricks in her arsenal and is guaranteed to give you something new to work on.
If you are looking for a musical challenge, and/or are here for the shoe, Heels pole can also be as challenging as you make and is great for working on Musicality, ankle strength and balance.

We are respectful of people who do not want to be posted online or wish to explore Pole fitness discretely, for what ever reason.
We are stripper-friendly and love it when former and current dancers to come take classes.
What is your Cancelation Policy?
Classes can be canceled or rescheduled up to 4 hours before and class credit will be returned to your account. We are very understanding that life happens so even if you had to cancel after the deadline, feel free to reply to your booking email and request a reschedule - we will do our best to be accommodating.
What is your Refund Policy?
Our scheduling software automatically refunds class credit you your account when you cancel a class before the 4 hour deadline. If you need a refund issued to you method of payment please reply to the booking email requesting a refund. We just have to manually request refunds to your payment method through our Stripe Payment account - It usually takes a couple days and the processing fees are not refunded. Otherwise it is not a problem.
How do I cancel a Subscription?
We dislike having recurring subscriptions that are hard to stop as much as the next person. Our subscription plans are set up to send a reminder email every month a week before your automatic payment with an option to cancel before the payment is drafted. If you have any trouble with this feel free to email us and we can cancel the subscription manually.
What should I wear?
As little as possible! JK - but not really. Many moves are much easier with skin-to-pole contact - so shorts and a tank top or sports bra are ideal. Made-for-pole outfits are almost indistinguishable from a two-piece bathing suit. One fun part of pole dancing is you also get to play a little bit of dress up! So feel free to wear something that you love even if its a bit wild.
That being said floor classes and ‘low pole’ classes don’t need as much skin contact and leggings are great. I like to wear sweats and/or leg warmers over my ‘pole outfit’ during warmups. I have a growing leg warmer collection and I endorse them without reservation.
