🖤 Exotic Pole at 7:00 PM with Capri
Heels encouraged but not required — This is currently our most choreography focused class. Putting the Dance in Pole dance. =)
Tuesday
🌞 Daytime Pole at 8:30 AM - taught by Tarah
💪 PoleCore at 6:30 PM with Ara (or sometimes Tarah)
Multi-level pole training with conditioning and focused Stretching built in!
Wednesday
💃 Belly Dance at 6:00 PM taught by Mona!
🎭 Rotating Dance Class at 7:30 PM -
Burlesque Basics December 10th-Beginners welcome; perfect for practice! Taught by Stella Rose
Floorwork Dec 17th - Taught by me (Tarah)
Twerk No December classes but we are already planning on January!
Thursday
🌞 Daytime Pole at 8:30 AM - taught by Tarah
💪 Level 1 Pole Fitness 7 PM - taught by Tarah - if you can lift your own body weight briefly you can take this class. Will be Learning a Beginner classic style Choreo in December!
✨ Beginner Pole Flow at 8:00 PM - taught by Tarah
Great for building confidence, strength and fluidity.
