Happy Spring Break!

Big shout out to all the new faces in the studio this month. I’m still working on learning everyone’s names (I’m famously bad at this), but it has been great seeing so many new people coming through the studio.

If you’re just starting your pole journey and have feedback, questions, or need help with anything, please reach out. The beginning can feel a little intense. Right now we tend to introduce people directly into regular classes rather than running a separate very slow beginner class. That approach seems to be working better overall, but it can make the first few classes feel like a bit of a ride. You’re doing great! Pole is challenging, but things start clicking faster than you might expect if you stick with it.

Kelsey Nicole Workshop Weekend – April 11–12

We always learn sooooo much from Kelsey!

We’re excited to host Kelsey Nicole for a special weekend of workshops.

Kelsey is giving us a generous rate because she understands Wichita Falls is not a large city market. For context, guest instructor workshops often run around $90 for a 90-minute class in bigger cities. These workshops are listed at $30 each.

Memberships and class packages cannot be used for workshops, but monthly subscribers do receive a discount.

If I have enough interest from non-members who want to attend several workshops, I may create a 3-workshop bundle. Monthly members are already receiving the best available rate.

Each workshop needs a minimum of 4 sign-ups to stay on the schedule.

Kelsey not only does pole performances but is also a circus performer and a contortionist! Follow her on IG @Kelseynicole918

Saturday – April 11

12:30 PM – Pole Fusion (Beginner)
Learn how to take tricks you already know and merge them into sequences. Together we’ll build combos using both technical structure and improvisation techniques. By the end, you’ll leave with at least one combo plus tools to build your own.

2:00–2:30 PM – Break

2:30 PM – Pole Fusion (Intermediate)
A more advanced version of the fusion workshop focused on linking tricks together into fluid combinations.
Prerequisite: Must be able to invert into an outside leg hang.

Sunday – April 12

11:30 AM – Inverting Intensive (Beginner / Early Intermediate)
Want to go upside down but don’t feel strong or confident yet? This workshop focuses on drills (on and off the pole) to prepare your body for safe inversions. We’ll also cover spotting, progressions, and safe bail techniques.

1:00–1:30 PM – Break

1:30 PM – Flexi Fun (All Levels)
Flexibility training goes beyond simple stretching. In this workshop we’ll focus on active flexibility work, proper muscle engagement, warm-ups, and drills you can use to safely improve flexibility over time. No prerequisites.

Limited Private Lessons

Kelsey will also offer very limited private lesson slots both mornings:

8:00 AM
9:00 AM
10:00 AM

Private lessons are $65 for one person or $90 for two people if you are at a similar level and want to work on the same skills.
