Jordan is Coming May 5th and 6th!

Three ways to get to hang out with Jordan (pun intended…)

Jordan is an experienced instructor from Dallas who is great at making tricky moves assessable and an all-round fun, down to earth person. You don’t want to miss this opportunity!

Fun Friday Pole Party with Jordan: Dress up and learn a introductory level choreography. This class is for all skill levels and our priority is for you to have a fun time.

Saturday Morning Pole Intensive: For students with a little more experience, we will have a two-hour workshop focused on spins and how to get into beautiful pole shapes.

Private Lesson with Jordan: All levels. Get some one-on-one attention for aspirational moves. I took a private with Jordan last time and discovered I was able to do a number of moves I thought were too difficult for me. (You can add a second participant for up to 2)

Special Belly Dance/Unleash the Beats fusion double class May 1st.

Monday night social with a mix of dance styles. Refreshments will be served! This Class is already filling up!

May Schedule

Notes on the changes to the schedule…

I have decided I really shouldn’t teach more than one choreography intense class at a time. Classes will alternate between learning short sequences and tricks and longer choreography. follow on Instagram as it is my goal to post the choreography we will be learning in advance!

Tye will be leading the intro to pole class on May 18th. The same foundational sequence will be covered however with Tye’s own energetic flair.

Sarah (a certified yoga instructor and heels enthusiast) has started leading the Saturday Stretching class. This is a relaxing flexibility focused flow aimed at helping us become more stretchy. Get warm and sweaty during Open Pole for maximum benefit.

I have added a new ‘Beginner Pole Fitness’ class on alternating Tuesday evenings. The level of this class is between the intro to pole class and the Level 1/2 class with new content each week. My goal is to slowly add moves while giving students time to review and practice what we learn. Spice up your regular workouts!

Some classes are now offered every-other week - so make sure to sign up for your favorites!
