Our sexy Flexibility class is moving to Tuesdays at 6.30 pm

This is an all levels flexibility flow with light conditioning to increase range of motion. Heels are optional but make it more fun. Come try this unique stretch class!

Our casual mixed style daytime pole class is moving to TUESDAYS at 10am starting May 30th!

I mix it up with a variety from my other classes. This is a low-key class, very friendly and casual. Great if you are a bit intimidated by Pole.

And now for something completely different….

I just recently discovered this great pole move library. You can sort by move level and find similar moves or suggested combinations. Its brilliant! https://polemovebook.com/

For beginner exotic tutorials and floorwork I like https://www.youtube.com/@LaraJPole She doesn’t produce new content anymore but has a fabulous library of tutorials on youtube - with a focus on heels.

I’m still looking for a few more responses to my SURVEY! Its been really helpful so far.

hoping to dance with you soon!
