Descriptions of Classes we offer

Start here: Introduction to Pole Class (or Daytime Pole Class)

The introduction to Pole class is a good place to start your pole fitness journey. No dance or exercise experience necessary for this class! Pole fitness is for everybody. This class will introduce bodywaves, sassy walking, two-handed spins, and turns. We will use mostly Static pole for safety but we will also play with spin for the full experience.

Are you curious about pole? Come give it a spin!

Most our classes are evening classes - we do have one daytime offering that is mixed level and very welcoming to total beginners! If you can’t make an evening class feel free to start with our daytime class
